Paterson's own Fetty Wap pulled up to Buca's

By Buca's Seafood · 2 min read

When you run a seafood spot on 21st Ave, you feed the whole neighborhood: the regulars, the families, the after-work crowd. Every now and then, you feed a hometown legend.

Fetty Wap, the platinum-selling Paterson native behind “Trap Queen,” “679,” and “My Way,” came through Buca's, sat down, and ate. When we posted the moment, the caption said exactly what we felt: officially approved. Big Wap, eating good back home.

Why it means something to us

Fetty's from here. Same streets, same city, same pride. So when someone who could eat anywhere in the world pulls up to a seafood shop on 21st Ave, it backs up what the neighborhood's been telling us for years: this is the spot.

Come eat where the hometown eats

You don't need a platinum plaque to get the good stuff. The same boils, garlic butter, and soul food are waiting for you. Buca's Seafood & More, 433-435 21st Ave, Paterson. Open noon to midnight, seven days a week. Pull up.
